As our Ads Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of creativity and analytics—developing and overseeing comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple digital channels. You’ll work with leading platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and OTT streaming services. Your campaigns will be designed to drive engagement, foster brand loyalty, and deliver results that matter to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and develop integrated digital and paid social media strategies that align with client objectives and our brand philosophy
  • Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms—from concept through performance analysis
  • Oversee Google Ads and Meta Business accounts with full responsibility for campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and recommend strategic refinements
  • Prepare detailed status reports and timelines for all advertising initiatives and deliverables
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns reflect compelling brand narratives
  • Apply behavioral psychology and data science principles to inform campaign decisions and improvements

Core Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills You’ll Need

  • Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram platforms
  • Solid understanding of Meta Business Manager
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced capabilities in YouTube and Google Display Network
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Direct experience managing paid social and search advertising campaigns
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign results
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with written communications and grammar
